Idzham obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, in 1995 and completed his professional exams at MARA Institute of Technology (UiTM) in 1998. He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1999 and has been a registered Company Secretary since 2016.
He was a senior partner at his previous firm from May 2000 to March 2019, which he co-founded. He had served various panels of banks and financial institutions, managing Islamic and conventional loan documents as well as retail, corporate, and commercial banking, including ship mortgages. He was on retainer as a legal advisor and company secretary at IUB Group of Companies from October 2016 until May 2023.
He has been serving as an independent board member of Global Component Asia Sdn Bhd since 2021, a subsidiary of a leading Malaysian aircraft MRO company. He is currently the General Counsel for the Coalition of Defence Industry (CDI), Malaysia – CDI(M) for the term 2025-2027.

Aimi started her law career with Messrs. Razif Abdul Aziz & Partners. She practices General Commercial Law, focusing mainly on Banking Litigation and real estate transactions. She has represented various clients, including private individuals, companies, and small and medium businesses, in conveyancing transactions involving all types of properties in Malaysia.
Aimi also had vast knowledge and experience in drafting corporate and commercial financing agreements, intellectual property, and general civil litigation.
Aimi was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Legal Studies (Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
